I love starting my mornings with this artisenal matcha tea latte.
In a 16 oz mug, pour 6 oz water, cooled for 2 minutes after boiling
Add 1 tsp thin grade matcha tea, 1/2 tsp turmeric, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Whisk until texture is smooth and even
Add 5 oz of warm, stirred almond milk, frothed
Add 1 tsp honey
Sprinkle cinnamon and add mint leaf on top
Stir before each sip - the good stuff falls to the bottom.
